Meet Jose and Carolina
Jose Molina
Our story began with Jose Molina, the administrator whose dedication to helping others inspired the creation of Molina Home Care.
Jose has worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in hospital settings, assisted living facilities, and private home care, gaining extensive experience supporting clients with compassion and professionalism. His outstanding commitment to patient care earned him recognition with awards at the hospital and an assisted living facility.
Today, Jose continues to work as a private caregiver while leading Molina Home Care with the same values that have guided him throughout his career — empathy, reliability, and respect for every client.

Carolina Coiscou
At Molina Home Care, Carolina Coiscou, a registered nurse, oversees case management, ensuring each client’s care plan is personalized, consistent, and closely followed by our caregivers. Her clinical insight and compassionate approach help guide families through every step of the home care process.
Together, Jose and Carolina have built a family-owned agency founded on trust, compassion, and professionalism — a place where caregivers are valued and clients are treated like family.
