Jose Molina, a CNA with over 20 years of experience, first met Frank Kristoff while Frank was in hospice care. Doctors had prepared his family for the worst, but Jose saw potential. With the guidance of Frank’s physical therapist, Jose learned specific exercises that could help strengthen Frank. What made the difference was Jose’s daily consistency, patience, and encouragement, ensuring Frank stayed motivated and active.

Weeks turned into months, and months into years. Against all odds, Frank’s health improved dramatically. Seven years later, instead of being remembered, he was being celebrated, surrounded by family, friends, and neighbors at a joyful “Frank Flunk Hospice Party.”

This extraordinary transformation showed Jose the true impact of compassion paired with consistency. Inspired by Frank’s journey and encouraged by the community that witnessed it, Jose founded Molina Home Care. What are your business hours?

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, but we are available 24/7 for our clients.
Whether it’s scheduling needs or an urgent concern, our on-call coordinator is always ready to assist.

What qualifications do your caregivers have?

Our caregivers are carefully selected and fully credentialed to provide the highest level of care.
All caregivers are:

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) or Home Health Aides (HHA)
Licensed and insured
CPR certified
Cleared through a Level 2 background screening, including FBI-authorized fingerprinting

Every caregiver is a direct employee of Molina Home Care — never an independent contractor — ensuring accountability, reliability, and professionalism you can trust.

Getting started is simple and stress-free:

Schedule a free consultation – We’ll learn about your needs and answer any questions.
Care evaluation – Our case manager meets with you (in person or virtually) to create a personalized care plan.
Caregiver matching – We carefully select a caregiver best suited to your needs and personality.

There are no long-term contracts — services are flexible and can be adjusted anytime.
A dedicated case manager monitors the care plan monthly or as needed to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind.

Each client also receives a Client Guidebook that covers general information, rights, policies, and helpful resources.
